If Exordium isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, email ichorvalen@exordium.ink with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy. Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes it; the time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
